Pakistani newspaper editor gunned down

The editor of a Pakistani newspaper has been shot dead. Makhdoom Rafiq, chief editor of the daily paperNijat, in Sukkar, Sindh province. Two men armed with automatic rifles fired on him as he stood in a marketplace in Khairpur. Rafiq was said to have been embroiled in a property dispute with a local clan.
