Pakistan struggles with unprecedented HIV infections in children

UN health teams are struggling to control an outbreak of HIV in southern Pakistan's Sindh province; most of those infected are children.

Facing a lack of sufficient antiretroviral drugs, health authorities are concerned that if the HIV cases are left untreated, they could develop into Aids, which is far more difficult to treat.
