Paisley police appeal for help in search for missing pensioner

Police in Paisley are appealing for help in their search for a missing pensioner.

Gwyneth  Lillie, 70, was last seen at about 3.45pm in Love Street near to Albion Street in Paisley.

She is described as 5ft 9 ins in height, brown/greying hair and brown eyes.

When last seen she was wearing a cream waterproof jacket, blue jeans and possibly carrying a holdall.

Sergeant Lorna McLaren, Paisley Police Office said: “Gwyneth has now been missing for over 24 hours and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare, as are her family.

"I am appealing to anyone who may have seen Gwyneth or if anyone has information regarding her whereabouts to contact us.

"I also ask Gwyneth to get in contact with us to let us know that she is safe and well.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 4007 of Wednesday 20th March 2019”
