A driver and a passenger of a vehicle alleged to have been stolen have been arrested after crashing into a Hilux in Gungahlin.
The white Toyota Hilux flipped over when two men crashed a red Fiat 500 they are alleged to have stolen, colliding into a tree.
Police report the pair stole the Fiat from outside a grocery store in Gungahlin while the driver left the vehicle unattended to go inside the store.
One of the people inside the Hilux was transported to hospital for suspected neck and spinal injuries while three others were treated at the scene.
Both men in the Fiat were also transported to hospital just after 8pm on Thursday.
The 27-year-old driver from Hawker was charged with driving while suspended, property damage and driving a motor vehicle without consent.
The 30-year-old passenger from Watson will face charges related to being an accomplice.
Police expect to lay charges against both men arising from unrelated offences when the pair face ACT Magistrates Court on Friday.
