Paddy Power ordered to take down Declan Rice and Jack Grealish billboard ahead of England v Ireland clash

Paddy Power has been ordered to take down a billboard about Declan Rice and Jack Grealish by the FA.

The bookmaker displayed the Wembley Way advertisement ahead of England's friendly with the Republic of Ireland tonight.

The cheeky billboard appeared to show a projected heat map for the Three Lions stars in the shape of a snake.

The gag comes after both players infamously pledged their allegiance to England after starring for the Boys in Green at underage level.

Rice confirmed that he'd declared for England after he snubbed an Ireland call-up, he earned three international caps with Martin O'Neill's side in the summer of 2018.

The 21-year-old has went on to establish himself as an England regular switching sides, earning eleven caps for Gareth Southgate's side.

Aston Villa star Grealish decided to play for England in September 2015, but has earned just two caps - making his debut in September.

The midfielder made six appearances for the Ireland under-21 team between 2013 and 2014.

Both players are in England's squad for tonight's friendly clash and are expected to feature.
