Paddy Power Golf Shootout: How to watch Peter Crouch and Tommy Fleetwood in action

Paddy Power will be hosting their own Pro-Am tournament on Friday afternoon, with 10 celebrities going head-to-head for the title.

Former Liverpool players Peter Crouch and Jamie Redknapp will be competing, as well as Southport-born golfer Tommy Fleetwood, who is also taking part.

Thomas Bjorn, Carly Booth, Andrew Johnston, Paul McGinley, Piers Morgan, Andrew Flintoff and Harry Kane complete the star-filled line-up.

Crouch and Redknapp are avid golf fans and can often be found on a golf course somewhere in their free time.

In fact, pictures of Crouch went viral in 2018, with the 6ft 7 former striker making regular-sized golf clubs looking very small indeed.

The ex-Reds forward will face stern competition on Friday, against five golf players – past and present – as well as the likes of Redknapp, Kane, Morgan and Flintoff.

Fleetwood, who is ranked number 10 in the official world rankings, will fancy his chances of winning the Paddy Power event.

The 29-year-old is listed as second-favourite to win the competition, just behind Johnston, who is slightly shorter odds.

Fleetwood has challenged Tottenham striker Kane via Twitter: “Hey @HKane, a little birdie says you rate yourself as a golfer. Let’s find out over three holes at the @paddypower Golf Shootout. #PPgolf”

Kane replied: “Depends how many shots you’re giving me! Look forward to it.”

When does the Paddy Power Pro-Am start?

The first of eight challenges takes place at 12pm on Friday afternoon, with the competition being held in Hertfordshire.

How can I watch the Paddy Power Pro-Am?

You will be able to watch the event online for FREE, on Paddy Power’s official YouTube channel, or their Twitter account.

The first event starts at 12pm, with the last event teeing off at 5.45pm.
