ITV Coronation Street fans are keen to see a character return to the famous cobbles.
The popular soap has been celebrating celebrities who put in appearances on the long-running show over the years, with fans keen to see the return of Paddy McGuinness' "survival expert".
The soap, which has recently confirmed it will return to broadcasting six episodes per week, has shared clips of celebrity guest stars on its official Instagram page ahead of its anniversary.

The soap first hit the nation's screens on December 9, 1960, and in the coming months, the drama on the much-loved street will amplify as its anniversary draws nearer.
Paddy McGuinness appeared on the show as Dougie, a survival expert who proved a hit with fans.
The funnyman appeared for six episodes on the ITV soap back in August 2015 where his comical character met the Dobbs and Tinker families while on a camping holiday.
And fans want him to return.
On the official Coronation Street Instagram page, a clip of Paddy as Dougie was posted.
The footage was captioned: "We're celebrating all of the famous faces to have appeared on Coronation Street over the past 60 years.⠀
"You chose @mcguinness.paddy 's survival expert Dougie, as the one you want to see more of!"
The footage has been viewed more than 22,000 times.
