Paddy McGuinness reveals he couldn't wipe his own bum after shoulder surgery

Paddy McGuinness has revealed he was left unable to wipe his own bum after a shoulder operation this week.

The telly favourite, 45, was in agony after having an operation this week.

He's been struggling with a "dodgy shoulder" for some time and revealed on Wednesday that he was going under the knife.

Paddy had a number of procedures including an arthroscopic subacromial decompression and ACJ resection, which trims the bones to increase space for the tendomns.

After being discharged from hospital, Paddy revealed he was taking morphine for the pain and was completely unable to use his right hand.

The made going to the toilet a bit of a problem, and he described it as like "an explosion in a Cadbury's factory".
