Paddy McGuinness pleads 'I need help' as he stuns fans with video from Christmas Day

Paddy McGuinness stunned fans when he posted a video from his Christmas Day celebrations pleading for help.

Like many of us, the Top Gear presenter over-indulged.

And the father-of-three from Bolton was groaning in pain as he confessed to being bloated after his Christmas dinner.

He took to Instagram pleading for help, and he shared a pic of his swollen tummy.

"I need help. Somebody please come and give this a rub," he begged.

"I need Rennies, Gaviscon and some massage oil. Christmas Day done!!!"

Paddy added: ""Hope you’re suitably stuffed and lay on the couch. Merry Christmas!!!"

One follower billybuck5644 gasped: "I thought that was the couch."

samieb155 asked: "Are you preggers?"

And hilaryhannington asked: "How many month gone are ya Paddy?"

On Boxing Day Paddy reappeared on Instagram with an update to say the bloating had gone and he was feeling better.

And he sparked a debate about when to take down the Christmas tree.

"When do you take your tree down? These days I’m done after Boxing Day, just want to put it back in the garage till next year! I still love Chrimbo but after the big day it all gets a bit Lionel," he wrote.

And in a new video he asked: "When do you stand on the old tree coming down?

"If I go out for an Indian or a Chinese I have a lovely meal but as soon as it's finished I want the table cleared.

"'Get rid of it, don't want to look at it anymore.' I'm a bit like that with a tree these days."

He continued: "Love the build-up. Absolutely buzzing with Christmas. Love it. Favourite time of the year.

"But as soon as Christmas Day is done I want rid. I want to clear everything away."
