Paddy McGuinness gets put through a saucy workout by world's strongest man

Let the Strongman see the Take Me Out presenter.. and lift kettle bells in an odd manner.

Paddy McGuinness has been put through a tough training regime by former World’s Strongest Man Eddie “The Beast” Hall.

Eddie says: “I’ve been making him do heavier weights and pushing him a bit more.

“I enjoy pushing him and he enjoys being pushed.”

Paddy, 46, underwent a shoulder operation in May, after being diagnosed with arthritis last year.

But he and Eddie have focused some of their workouts on an entirely different area – hanging kettle bells from their manhoods with a piece of string, as part of a challenge Eddie dubs “The World B****** Lifting Championships”.

Eddie says: “I saw the Shaolin monks lift huge rocks with their balls, and I thought, ‘We can do better than this’.

“Paddy was well up for it. I’m happy to say my balls lifted more weights than Paddy McGuinness’s.”

Eddie, 31, strapped 6kg to his, while Paddy, who joked he couldn’t do any more damage after undergoing a vasectomy, managed 4kg.

Don’t try it at home, folks.

Eddie’s new series The Strongest Man in History starts on History on Sunday, November 10.
