This book is about Paddington and what he does. Read on to find out more about his amazing adventures…
Most of things that Paddington does are quite weird but sometimes helpful. In one chapter of the book (called 'Paddington steps out') he does something you may not expect to happen.
It was Judy's ballet show. There was a man called Sergei Oblomov who was coming to perform the 'Pas De Deux' for the show. Obviously Paddington will want to come! So Paddington did come. Mrs Brown and Mrs Bird were not too sure about Paddington coming to the ballet show in case something happened. First, Judy said that the juniors were going to do their nature dance for everyone. When that had finished Judy heard from a friend sitting behind her that Sergei Oblomov was having some trouble backstage so he may not appear. Nobody
was there to meet him at the gates so he was a bit upset about it. Paddington was very much hoping for Sergei Oblomov coming on stage that he disappeared from sight! Paddington had gone up to the stage! He was trying to encourage Sergei Oblomov to perform on stage. Sergei Oblomov just had to go on stage for Paddington. He did perform and Paddington saved the day once again!
I love reading the adventures of Paddington and Michael Bond is my favourite author. This book was so amazing that I think anyone could be able to read it!
