For the second time in three weeks, Green Bay Packers receiver Davante Adams was the highest-graded offensive player in the NFL.
Pro Football Focus gave Adams a 92.7 overall grade for Week 9 after he caught 10 passes for 173 yards and a touchdown during a 34-17 win over the San Francisco 49ers. In terms of grade, he was surpassed by only one player: Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, who led all defenders at 94.2.
Adams hauled in 10 of his 12 targets, averaged 17.3 yards per catch, caught three passes thrown over 20 yards and had 63 yards after the catch and six first downs.
Adams led all players in overall grade during Week 7. At 91.9, be’s PFF’s No. 1 rated wide receiver entering Week 10.
Also, Adams ranks first in the NFL in yards per route run, a stat tracked by PFF, and he’s one of just 11 receivers with at least seven catches of passes thrown at least 20 yards.
Over his last three games, Adams has 30 catches and six touchdowns.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who threw four touchdown passes against the 49ers, led all quarterbacks in PFF grade for Week 9.
