Packers WR Davante Adams talks ‘electrifying’ new offense, Matt LaFleur’s leadership style

Green Bay Packers receiver Davante Adams joined “The Jim Rome Show” to talk about the new team’s offense – which he called “electrifying” – and break down the leadership style of new coach Matt LaFleur, who he labeled as “really, really hands on” and “energetic” so far during the offseason workout program.

On the offense: “A lot of big play potential. Obviously with the guys we have, the quarterback we have, the running backs we have, just all around, the tight ends, we have some special players. To be in a system where we’re exposed to a lot of different things where we can get the ball in space. I see a lot of potential in that in these coming years.”

On LaFleur: “Really, really hands on. He’s at everything. He’s always moving around. I see him 90 percent of the day, so he’s all over the place. Real energetic. He’s real open too. It’s really easy to work with him when he’s open to hearing what the vets have to say, and even the young guys. He lets everybody chime in. I think that’s the best thing for the offense, to be open and communicate. Let each other know how we feel about every little thing.”
