The Green Bay Packers are headed back to the postseason after finishing 13-3 and winning the NFC North in 2019.
Here’s what we know about the Packers and the postseason following the results of Week 17:
– The Packers are the No. 2 seed in the NFC. The San Francisco 49ers secured the No. 1 seed by beating the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night.
– The Packers have a first-round bye for the first time since the 2014 season.
– The Packers will host a game at Lambeau Field in the NFC Divisional Round.
– The game will be played on Jan. 12 at 5:40 p.m. CST. FOX will broadcast the game.
– If the New Orleans Saints beat the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Wild Card Round next Sunday, the Packers will host the Saints in the NFC Divisional Round. If the Vikings win, the Packers will host the winner of the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks.
– The Packers cannot play the Vikings in the divisional round. If the Vikings beat the Saints, Mike Zimmer’s team will go to San Francisco to play the 49ers.
