Packers suffer first loss of season, good news for other NFC North teams

Vikings, Bears and Lions fans stayed up late on Thursday night, hoping the Packers would fall to the Eagles.

Thanks to an interception from Aaron Rodgers with 28 seconds left at the 4-yard line, the Eagles were able to secure a 34-27 win.

It also feels like there should be some talk about Rodgers trying to force in a ball on second down with the game on the line, but here we are.

With the loss, the Packers fall to 3-1 on the season. Now, the Lions, at 2-0-1, sit at the top of the NFC North. The Packers are second, while the Vikings and Bears are both 2-1.

In a few days, we’ll get a better outlook on the NFC North. The Lions host the Chiefs and the Vikings travel to play the Bears on Sunday. There’s a good chance the Packers come out of the week as the leaders of the NFC North, but they are no longer undefeated.

Green Bay travels to play the Cowboys in Week 5.
