Packers sign OL Adam Pankey from Titans practice squad

Offensive lineman Adam Pankey is returning to the Green Bay Packers.

Pankey was signed off of the Tennessee Titans practice squad on Saturday, and replaced guard Lane Taylor on the active roster. The Packers put Taylor on Injured Reserve with a biceps injury the same day.

Pankey originally signed with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia, and played two games on the 53-man roster for the team between 2017 and 2018.

He’ll likely serve as a backup all season as the Packers prepare to take on the Denver Broncos at Lambeau Field at noon CT on Sunday.
