Packers sign 3 pre-draft visitors as undrafted free agents

Three players who came to Green Bay on official pre-draft visits signed with the Packers as undrafted free agents.

Arizona State quarterback Manny Wilkins, Oklahoma linebacker Curtis Bolton and Arkansas edge rusher Randy Ramsey were the three pre-draft visitors among the 11 undrafted players signed by the Packers on Friday.

Here’s a quick look at the three:

Wilkins (6-2, 193): Completed 63.2 percent of his passes, averaged 7.7 yards per attempt and threw 52 touchdown passes against 23 interceptions over 39 games. He also rushed for 1,035 yards and 20 touchdowns. Undersized but smart, highly athletic and accurate.

Bolton (6-0, 228): Broke out in a big way as a senior, tallying 139 tackles, 12 tackles for losses, 4.5 sacks, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles and three touchdowns in 2018. He finished ninth in the nation in total tackles and was named an All-Big 12 pick. Impressive athlete with production as a tackler and blitzer and on special teams.

Ramsey (6-3, 238): Tallied 105 tackles, 18.5 tackles for losses, 7.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries over 40 games. Produced seven tackles for losses and three sacks during his senior season in 2018. Thin for the edge but boasts quickness as a rusher and experience in the 3-4.

Overall, the Packers added five of the team’s 30 pre-draft visitors, including draft picks Jace Sternberger and Ka’dar Hollman.
