The player wearing No. 21 before Jamerson was safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, who is now a member of the Chicago Bears.
The name and number combination has some significance outside football. Atlanta based rapper Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph is known as”21 Savage.”
Savage wore No. 4 and No. 26 while at Maryland.
