Packers QB Aaron Rodgers named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 13

A week of milestones for Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will also include a weekly award.

Rodgers, who threw his 400th career touchdown pass during Sunday’s win over the Philadelphia Eagles, was named the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Week for Week 13.

Rodgers finished the win with 295 yards passing, three touchdown passes and a 128.9 passer rating. The Packers quarterback now has 11 games with multiple touchdown passes and a passer rating over 100.0 this season.

Rodgers had the third-highest passer rating among quarterbacks in Week 13. He was one of only three quarterbacks to throw three or more touchdown passes without an interception.

The Packers scored 30 or more points for the ninth time in 12 games.

According to the team, Rodgers has been the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for a franchise-record 18 times.

In addition to throwing his 400th career touchdown pass, Rodgers also passed 35 touchdown passes in 2020, making him the first quarterback in NFL history with 35 or more touchdown passes in five different seasons.
