Packers OLB Za’Darius Smith active vs. Eagles, Jake Kumerow to miss second straight game

Outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith is active for Thursday night’s matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Smith, who has three sacks in his first three games with the Packers, was listed as questionable with a knee injury. He’ll start opposite Preston Smith against the 1-2 Eagles.

The Packers won’t have receiver Jake Kumerow for the second straight game. He’s still battling a shoulder injury.

Defensive lineman Montravius Adams and linebacker Oren Burks were both ruled out on Wednesday. Adams will miss his second straight game, while Burks hasn’t played since the preseason opener.

Here are the Packers’ inactives for Week 4:

DL Montravius Adams

The Eagles will be without receiver DeSean Jackson, cornerback Ronald Darby and defensive lineman Timmy Jernigan, all important parts of Doug Pederson’s team.

The seven inactives for the Eagles:

QB Nate Sudfield
WR DeSean Jackson
DL Timmy Jernigan
CB Ronald Darby
DE Shareef Miller
OL Matt Pryor
G Nate Herbig
