Packers LT David Bakhtiari active for Week 2 vs. Vikings

The Green Bay Packers will have left tackle David Bakhtiari available for Sunday’s Week 2 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

The All-Pro is active and will start at left tackle despite dealing with a back injury this week.

Offensive tackle Alex Light, who was a healthy scratch in Week 1, is also active, providing some insurance behind Bakhtiari.

Here are the Packers’ seven inactives:

LB Oren Burks
CB Ka’dar Hollman
DL Kingsley Keke
OL Cole Madison
OL Lucas Patrick
WR Darrius Shepherd
RB Dexter Williams

Burks and Shepherd were both ruled out Friday, while Hollman is still battling a neck injury. Keke, Madison, Patrick and Williams are healthy scratches.

The Vikings made starting guard Pat Elflein inactive with a knee injury. He’s joined by cornerbacks Mike Hughes and Mackensie Alexander, linebacker Ben Gedeon, offensive lineman Oli Udoh and defensive linemen Jayln Holmes and Armon Watts.
