Packers lose C Corey Linsley to a concussion vs. Cowboys

The Green Bay Packers will have Lucas Patrick at center for the entire second half in Dallas.

Starting center Corey Linsley left the contest in the first half to be evaluated for a concussion. He was ruled out to start the third quarter, confirming the concussion.

The Packers turned to Patrick, a third-year offensive lineman who backs up several positions along the interior of the offensive line. He’ll play in between guards Elgton Jenkins and Billy Turner the rest of the way Sunday.

Linsley had played all 265 snaps for the Packers during the first four games of the 2019 season. He hasn’t missed a game since the 2016 season.

The Packers also lost starting safety Darnell Savage in the first half. He is questionable to return with an ankle injury.
