Packers K Mason Crosby breaks own franchise record for consecutive FGs made

Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby set a new franchise record on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The 37-year-old kicker made his first two field goal attempts, extending his consecutive field goal streak to 24 and breaking his previous team record of 23, which he previously set in 2011.

Crosby, who made the game-winner last week and was the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week, hasn’t missed a field goal since Week 17 of 2019.

Crosby made two straight field goals to end the 2019 season, all 16 field goals in 2020 and his first six fields of the 2021 season, giving him 24 straight makes. He also made all four of his field goals in the playoffs last year, but the record counts only the regular season.

The NFL record for consecutive field goals made is 44, set by Adam Vinatieri.
