Packers injury report: Keke out, King questionable for NFC title game

The Green Bay Packers listed only two players with injury designations on the team’s final injury report before the NFC Championship Game.

Defensive lineman Kingsley Keke will miss his third straight game due to a concussion, while cornerback Kevin King is listed as questionable after suffering a back injury this week. King didn’t practice Friday.

Coach Matt LaFleur said he’ll give King, a starter at cornerback, the rest of the week to get ready to play.

“Hopefully he’ll be good to go Sunday,”  LaFleur said Friday.

King didn’t play in the first meeting with the Buccaneers. The Packers did just add veteran cornerback Tramon Williams to the practice squad, adding another layer of depth to the position going into Sunday. If King can’t go, Josh Jackson and Ka’dar Hollman are both available and Williams could be elevated from the practice squad

Not having Keke again is a tough blow, considering what he could have provided as an interior rusher against Tom Brady. Snacks Harrison is likely to be active again Sunday.

LaFleur’s team did get plenty of good news. Kicker Mason Crosby doesn’t have an injury designation and will play against the Buccaneers. He injured his shoulder on a botched extra point during last week’s win over the Rams. The Packers will also have running back A.J. Dillon, who is dealing with a quad injury but doesn’t have an injury designation for Sunday.

Linebacker Krys Barnes (thumb) and running back Jamaal Williams (ankle), both new additions to the injury report this week, will also play.

The Buccaneers ruled out receiver Antonio Brown and listed rookie safety Antoine Winfield Jr. as questionable.
