The Green Bay Packers found the end zone for the first time in the 2020 season with a vintage play from quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
And some help from a Pro Bowl receiver.
The two-time MVP quarterback bought time by rolling to his right before unleashing a perfect throw on the run to Davante Adams, who broke open late in the scramble drill in the end zone.
The play went under review, but Adams got two feet down in time and the touchdown stood.
The score gave the Packers a 15-7 lead late in the first half.
Rodgers, a master of buying time, made something out of nothing to create the score. Adams did the rest.
The connection was the ninth of the half between Rodgers and Adams, who went over 100 reviving yards in the first half.
