Packers-Colts television coverage map for Week 11

Most of the United States will get to see the Green Bay Packers take on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, but a decent chunk of Wisconsin won’t.

Thanks to the NFL flexing the Packers’ visit to Indianapolis to the late afternoon timeslot, viewers in the Twin Cities television market will see the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys at 3:25 p.m. CT instead of the Packers and Colts.

As is the case whenever the Packers and Vikings play in the same timeslot, parts of Western and Northwestern Wisconsin won’t get the Packers game.

Here’s the television coverage map as of Wednesday, via 506sports.com:

The game was originally scheduled for a noon start, which would have eliminated the conflict with the Vikings but also limited the reach of the broadcast. After flexing the game, the NFL will now show a game between the NFC North-leading Packers and the AFC South-leading Colts to a much larger audience.

The Packers, a slight underdog in Week 11, haven’t played at 3:25 p.m. CT since losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6. Matt LaFleur’s team isn’t scheduled to play another noon game until Week 14.
