The #Packers are bringing in QBs Kurt Benkert and Chad Kelly for this weekend’s rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, per sources.
As Green Bay GM Brian Gutekunst noted after the draft, they'd need an extra arm or two with only 2 QBs on the roster. Benkert, Kelly get a look first.

The Green Bay Packers will have a pair of young quarterbacks in town on a tryout basis for rookie minicamp.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Kurt Benkert and Chad Kelly are both headed to Green Bay for the two-day minicamp on May 14-15.
Benkert, an undrafted free agent from Virginia, spent the last three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons.
Kelly, the final pick in the 2017 draft, spent time with the Denver Broncos in 2017 and 2018 and the Indianapolis Colts in 2019 and 2020.
The Packers only have two quarterbacks on the roster currently: Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love. The team did not draft a quarterback or sign an undrafted free agent following the draft.
According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN, Love is not eligible to participate during rookie minicamp.
These are believed to be the only two coming in for this weekend.
