Packages stolen from apartment buildings in Bronzeville: police

Chicago police are warning residents of four thefts reported in December in Bronzeville on the South Side.

In each incident, an unknown person took packages after they had been delivered to an apartment building, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The thefts happened during the afternoon hours:

  • Dec. 24 in the 4300 block of South Indiana Avenue;
  • Dec. 26 in the 4700 block of South Indiana Avenue;
  • Dec. 30 in the 4500 block of South Prairie Avenue; and
  • Dec. 30 in the 4400 block of South Indiana Avenue.
