The Ashes of the Damned map on Black Ops 7 Zombies allows you to access the Pack-a-Punch machine pretty early on a round, and you can use it to upgrade your weapons.
If you have played Zombies in Black Ops 6, you'll be well aware of what the Pack-a-Punch machine is and why it's so vital for your survival. Reaching the Pack-a-Punch in Ashes of the Damned doesn't take too long, and this guide will help you out by laying out all the steps.
How to find the Pack-a-Punch machine in Black Ops 7 Zombies Ashes of the Damned
The first task is to begin a fresh round, which puts you in the starting area. To reach the Pack-a-Punch, you'll have to repair and start Ol'Tessie. Ol'Tessie allows you to travel to the two main locations in the form of Ashwood and Vandorn Farm.
Clear the starting area and open the first door with Essence. The first locked door requires 1,250 Essence, and you'll find T.E.D.D's head in the Server Room. Take the head to Ol'Tessie outside the Server Room. Install the head, which will then allow you to use it on your journey.
Our next stop is Vandorn Farm, where we will have to restore the power. The first step is to clear the infestation by killing all the cysts within 30 seconds. You can restart the process during the next round if you fail. Once the infestation has been cleared, go to the Barn and turn on the power switch.
The next job is to reach Ashwood with Ol'Tessie. Unlock the first locked door for 1,000 Essence, and the second for 1,750 Essence. You'll have to clear the infestation on a nearby bridge in the same fashion as the last one. Flip the power switch to restore the power (located right by the Power Pump).
Once the power has been restored, it will open the garage right ahead of the main entrance to Ashwood. Go down using the ascender and take Ol'Tessie to the garage. Park the vehicle on the Upgrade Station and wait for the Pack-a-Punch machine to be installed.
The Pack-a-Punch of Ashes of the Damned is a lot more convenient once you add it to Ol'Tessie. You'll no longer have to travel to a particular location to upgrade your weapons. Instead, just stand near Ol'Tessie's exhaust and you'll be able to upgrade the gun of your liking.
