Pace setting the creative standard as it takes two international awards

Hull creative communications agency Pace is celebrating winning two international industry awards.

The Chip Shop Awards, recognising ‘pure, unadulterated creativity’ is a creative challenge where organisations are freed from brand parameters.

Pace won with ‘best use of celebrity’ and ‘corporate identity’ categories.

Anita Pace, founding managing director, said: “We’re thrilled to have won, not just one but two awards! It’s fantastic to have been recognised by our peers and I’m incredibly proud of the team.”

The Chip Shop Awards has been challenging creatives for 15 years, with the biggest and best agencies from across the globe entering every year.

Anita said: “The awards are unique in that there’s no brief: anything goes and the more creative the better. This gives everyone complete freedom so not surprisingly, the quality of all the work submitted is extremely high.

“The Chip Shop Awards is judged by a panel of industry experts so to have been recognised twice, and beaten some top global agencies, is a brilliant achievement. It’s a shame there isn’t an actual ceremony this year as it would have been great to be able to all celebrate together in person. We’ll just have to do it again next year!”

Pace was established in 2015 and is based in Hull’s Fruit Market. The 18-strong team works with a range of regional and national clients, across a variety of sectors, providing strategic content, comms and creative services.
