P&O Cruises has announced it will be cancelling all of its sailings until 2021 due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
Like most cruise lines the company suspended operations earlier this year when the pandemic broke.
Now, it has confirmed that all cruises from/to Southampton will be cancelled until February 2021, and all Caribbean cruises are cancelled until January 2021.

Originally, the suspension of operations had been extended until November, but with the volatile travel restrictions in place around the world and the impact of the pandemic on the cruise industry, the brand has decided to extend the suspension until next year.
P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow said: "With evolving restrictions on travel from the UK, unfortunately it is necessary to cancel these itineraries.
"These further cancellations vary according to ship as well as complexity and length of itineraries, advice and guidance regarding ports of call and current air availability for fly/cruises.
"We are continuing to monitor the overall situation closely and will certainly reintroduce cruises should the opportunity arise and it is feasible to do so."

P&O Cruises isn't the only line to have opted to cancel sailings until 2021; Cunard and Viking Cruises have also previously revealed they were cancelling their cruises until next year as a result of the pandemic.
