P.Diddy has taken to Instagram to show how his family are remembering their late mother Kim Porter on their holiday in Capri, Italy.
Diddy's son Christian, 21, paid a sweet tribute to Kim by wearing a gold medallion with a photo of her alongside him.
In the Instagram story, Combs can be heard saying, "You see that? I'm going in on your medallion" as he zooms in close on Christian's chest.
The US rapper also proved he had his ex-girlfriend on his mind as he shared stunning video clips of sunsets with a sweet sentiment to her.

Diddy tagged Kim's Instagram handle on the videos and also added a red heart emoji alongside her name.
In the clip, the song Zion Train by Bob Marley can be heard in the background with Puff saying: "I see you, baby."

Kim passed away in November last year unexpectedly after having flu-like symptoms which ended up being pnueumonia.
The 47-year-old was the mother of three of Comb's children: son Christian and twin daughters Jessie James and D'Lila, now 12.

Diddy also helped raise Kim's son Quincy, 27, from a previous relationship.
He also has a 25-year-old son, Justin, and a 13-year-old daughter, Chance, from previous relationships.
The Combs family seem to be in good spirits despite them losing their mother, as last month twins D'Lila Star and Jessie James graduated from primary school.

The music mogul took to social media to write how delighted he was of the twins saying: "My babies are graduating!!!! Man s*** is real! I feel so good. So happy. So proud."
