Ozzy Osbourne walks with cane holding Kelly's hand at Grammys as he battles Parkinson's

Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne walked the red carpet at the Grammy awards this evening with the help of a cane and his supportive daughter Kelly by his side.

The former Black Sabbath frontman, 71, look relaxed as he walked into the awards  - just days after he opened up for the first time about his Parkinson's Disease.

The pair stood close together and held hands as they smiled posed for pictures ahead of the ceremony.

Ozzy wore a plain black top and matching trousers with a dapper pinstripe blazer.

He capped off his look with circular-framed tinted sunglasses and a gold chain with a large crucifix, to match his gold-trimmed loafers.

Kelly sported low-cut black top, with a matching high-waisted skirt, smart blazer, and wide-brimmed black hat.

She complimented her look with chunky gold necklaces, gold hoop earrings and a small circular handbag.

Ozz also attended the Pre-Grammy Awards Gala last night with his wife Sharon, 67, by his side.

The Black Sabbath rocker is battling a rare genetic form of the disease, known as Parkin, which affects 8% of people with the illness.

He was diagnosed in secret last February and his nerve pain is being treated by a "whole host" of medication.

The rocker gave an emotional interview on US show Good Morning America with his wife Sharon by his side.

He spoke for the first time about his Parkinson's diagnosis, revealing he plans to seek specialist treatment in Switzerland.

Ozzy spent 2019 in and out of hospital after taking a nasty fall in his bathroom last spring - prompting him to cancel his world tour.

He's admitted his life went "downhill" from there and he suffered the "worst year" of his entire life.

Ozzy said he's determined to get treatment - even if it involves alternative medicine.
