Ozan Kabak will join Norwich City on a season long loan, in a deal that includes an option to buy for a reported £11.1m.
Kabak joined the Reds on deadline day at the end of the January transfer window after Jurgen Klopp's side were hindered by injuries, with Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip all out for the season.
The Reds also signed Ben Davies to help bolster their defensive options, but it was Kabak that was given the chance to play by Klopp.
The Turkey international played 13 games for the Merseyside club as they secured a top four finish and Champions League football at the end of the season, despite sitting in seventh at the beginning of March.

Liverpool had the option to sign Kabak once his loan deal concluded, but they instead opted to sign long-term target Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig.
The 21-year-old's future has been up in the air for the majority of the summer transfer window as he searched for a move away from his parent club, Schalke.
Now, he'll return to the Premier League with the Canaries and Liverpool fans have wished the player well.
The Reds have already faced Daniel Farke's side once this season after they travelled to Carrow Road for their opening game.
Goals from Mohamed Salah, Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino earned Liverpool their first three points of the campaign on August 14.
However, the two sides will meet again later next month in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
Kabak could return to Anfield in late February if he features for Norwich when they face Liverpool away later this season.
