Owner dares to meddle in his own paper

Investigators in Dagestan have opened an unprecedented criminal inquiry into allegations that Rizvan Rizvanov, founder of a local weekly paper, Nastoyashoye Vremya, has been interfering in the work of his own journalists. Though this is against the law, the owners of media outlets in the Russian federation often interfere with editorial policy and they don't end up being investigated.
