A well-known pub in Southport has come on the market for an affordable £500,000 complete with living quarters.

The George pub is a longstanding building on the corner of Duke Street and Cemetery Road, with the pub switching between owners throughout the years.

The pub is listed with the Leeds based estate agents Everard Cole on Rightmove for £500,000.
