An historic pub in a well-known beauty spot is to be auctioned off later this month.
The Toby Tavern, near the Beacon country park in Skelmersdale, was once a farmhouse before being converted into a pub.
The 9,500 sq ft Toby Tavern now includes a restaurant, function room and children's soft play area. It is set on a two-acre site with a large beer garden and car parks.
The grade II-listed pub and restaurant in Ashurst Road, which is being auctioned on behalf of administrators Duff & Phelps, has been given a £350,000 guide price.
Freehold pubs can sell for anything between tens of thousands of pounds and millions.

The Toby Tavern features among around 100 lots going under the hammer in Pugh's next property auctions, due to be held online later this month.
The online auction will open at 10am on 21 April, with registration closing at 3pm on 20 April.
