A prominent Birmingham city centre office block is undergoing a renovation.
Aviva Investors is carrying out the project at One Temple Row which will see a new roof terrace overlooking Birmingham Cathedral created as part of the work.
Other planned renovation of the grade A, 12-storey block includes new flexible open plan office space, revamped reception area, business lounge, café and improved cycle garage and changing facilities.
There will also be another roof terrace on the third floor and work is due for completion early next year.
Julian Cobourne, senior asset manager at Aviva Investors, said: "We believe One Temple Row offers something new and different for Birmingham.
"Everything about it has been designed to make it a building that's good for you."
One Temple Row is being marketed by CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
