More than 10,000 final commercial rulings have been published on the Saudi Ministry of Justice’s online portal in order to help businesses and investors access them.
The rulings can be viewed under the “research center” link on ministry website.
Commercial courts in the Kingdom handle all disputes between merchants or that are filed against a merchant because of his/her business. They also handle all cases related to commercial legislation under Article 35 of the Civil Procedure Law.
The publication of rulings helps build awareness in commercial judiciary and is an important source of information for researchers in the legal sector.
