Over 1,000 cannabis plants, thought to be worth €800,000, were seized by gardai yesterday.
Officers from the Tramore Drugs Unit, assisted by the Armed Support Unit in Waterford, executed a search warrant at 6pm on Thursday, April 18 at an industrial premises in Waterford Airport Business Park in Co Waterford.
During the operation, gardai found a "substantial" grow house.
The plants, which were at various stages of growth, are thought to be worth €800,000.
Two Vietnamese men, aged 32 and 43, were arrested at the scene.
They are being detained at Tramore Garda Station under Section Two of the Criminal Justice (Drugs Trafficking) Act 1996.
