Outrageous footage shows man clinging to back of Dublin Bus in reckless stunt

Video footage shows a man dangerously clinging to the back of a Dublin Bus in a recent life risking stunt.

It is believed that the video was taken before Halloween where the man is seen hanging on to the number 27 by his fingers as it swiftly moves through a busy Dublin estate.

The dangerous act is known as 'scutting' and involves holding on to public transport as it travels through its route, Dublin Live reports.

Cyclists, rollerbladers, and skateboarders have been seen 'scutting' on to cars, buses and trains as a means to pull them along the road.

And this man is seen scutting on the bus while holding his feet from the ground.

Dublin Bus said the act was "unsafe and reckless" and could have resulted in serious injury or even death.

A spokeswoman said: "Dublin Bus is investigating this incident.

"The action shown in this footage is unsafe and extremely dangerous."

She added: "Dublin Bus strongly discourages anyone from partaking in such reckless behaviour that could result in serious injury.
