An advert for a spare room in a flat has been blasted online after it was discovered that the new tenant had to leave the house for six hours a day - despite paying for the space.
In the advert, the current tenant was looking for someone to move in but wasn't really willing to share the space - and even stated that they wouldn't be able to touch some furniture.
The description of the flat states that it is just a 22 square metre studio and the space is usually used for 'personal uses', so the new tenant would have to leave the house between 9am and 3pm each day.
After the advert for the accommodation in Wellington, New Zealand, was posted online it gained a lot of attention - and local news outlet Newstalk investigated and discovered there was nothing illegal about the advert.

Speaking to Newstalk, industry expert Steve Watson said: "On first look at the advertisement online, it looks like this is for a flatmate (rather than a tenant), so wouldn't be covered by the Residential Tenancies Act.
"The Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (the Act) only covers tenants and landlords, not flatmates."
The original advert, posted on classifieds site Trade Me, reads: "I use this space for my personal purposes only during the day, between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday and it will be preferred if it can remain exclusively for my use. Not a must.
"A matured working professional is welcome to be a flatmate for the other times and use it for residential purposes. Must leave things clean and tidy."
An image of the advert was shared on Reddit, and users were quick to comment on the post - criticising the original advert and the space, available for £203 ($400).
