Outlander stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish reveal cover for new Clanlands Book

Outlander stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish have finally revealed the covers for their sought after Clanlands book, which is due to be released later this year.

Sam posted about the covers in a clip on his official Instagram, stating that he and Graham had a "little reveal" for everyone watching.

Graham, who was fashionably late for the video as always, explained that the pair have already received early proofs of the book and are just "so excited" about the release.

Speaking about the reveal, Sam said: "We have a book that a lot of you have very kindly pre-ordered and we are really excited about that. We've shot a cover and we want to show you it."

Graham added that they have two versions, one for the US readers and one for the UK, Australia and New Zealand readers, and that hopefully, the rest of the world will soon be able to follow suit.

He explained that the covers were shot two or three weeks ago and the reason for the two different versions was that they were "spoilt for choice with the images" and couldn't decide between their two favourites and "decided selfishly to have both".

Both thanked the fans for preordering the book, which is due to launch on November 3 and will include never seen before photos, chapters about their adventures and maps of the places that they visit.

The book is said to be about 'Whisky, Warfare and a Scottish Adventure Like No Other'.

It will feature a foreward from Outlander author Diana Gabaldon and explore their adventures around Scotland for the filming of 'Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham', which some fina scenes being filmed in Pittenweem and Skye last month.

The Book is available to pre-order online at clanlandsbook.com or direct from Waterstones in the UK, Barnes and Noble and Amazon in the US, Booktopia in Australia and Mighty Ape in New Zealand.
