Outlander actor Sam Heughan celebrated hitting the milestone of 3 million Instagram followers yesterday, so to celebrate he decided to take part in a fun Q&A answers questions from his fans.
And while many fans asked the 40-year-old for behind the scenes Outlander snaps, others wanted to know things on a more personal level.
One fan asked Sam to share his favourite song on his current playlist and when he posted a screen shot of his Spotify playlist, at the top was Ghost by Scots singer Gerry Cinnamon, along with a list of other songs from artists such as Kayne West and The Verve.
Ghost is from Gerry's most recent album The Bonny - and an excellent choice from Sam in our opinion.
And Gerry is not the only Scot that Sam is a fan off. He's made no secret of his love for George Bowie and his dance music show GBX.
Last year, Sam appeared on James Cordon's Late Late Show (pre-Covid), where he revealed that he wanted George to play at his 40th.

After James asked him his plans, Sam said: "Obviously I'll be back in Scotland because I'm shooting Outlander.
"There is a DJ in Scotland that I'm obsessed with called George Bowie and he plays basically really bad dance music and no one's ever heard of him but I would love to book him."

Sadly, Sam didn't get his GBX birthday bash due to lockdown, but many after restrictions lift, Georgie Boy could throw him a belated 40th party - we just hope our invite isn't lost in the post!
During Sam's Instagram Q&A, another fan also asked if he was working on anything besides shooting Outlander, to which he replied: "Yes! Developing a TV show and writing a book...Oh and working on @mypeakchallenge 2021!"

Last year, Sam and his Outlander co star Graham McTavish brought out their own adventure book Clanlands.
The book, originally meant to be a podcast, Clanlands morphed into what would become the TV show however during lockdown they decided to write a book to accompany their new travel show.
Much like the programme, the book focuses on Scotland's history, culture, and clans.
Jokingly describing it as a "confessional meets a road trip meets a death-defying experience", the duo say the non-fiction piece is about 'Whisky, Warfare and a Scottish Adventure Like No Other'.
So who knows what Sam's next book is, but we're hoping it's an autobiography!
