Outlander heartthrob Sam Heughan has been awarded an honorary degree from Glasgow University today.
The star of the historical time travel drama received the doctorate in honour of his artistic success, as well as his charity work.
Sadly, fans of Jamie Fraser weren't able to spot him around Glasgow, with the actor collecting his degree from the university’s Dumfries Campus this afternoon alongside Alice Thompson, co-founder of Social Bite, TV presenter Fiona Armstrong and Lady MacGregor (Lord Lieutenant of Dumfries).
But I think we can all agree - he definitely looks good in a gown.
