Outlander's Sam Heughan showed off his bulging arm muscles as he worked out ahead of the weekend.
The Scots born actor wore a simple blue vest top as he did some serious lifting in the garden on Saturday afternoon.
Sam, who regularly works out for his fitness programme My Peak Challenge, couldn't resist teasing fans with his fit physique.
Flexing his arm muscle to show off his bulging 'gun' Sam wrote: "Intense week and a sweaty #SaturdaySession to finish it off! Now, RELAX!.
"What your got planned for this weekend?! @mypeakchallenge"
Sam's fans and famous friends couldn't resist commenting on his picture.
Outlander and Kings Speech actor Tim Downie said: "I really wish you’d stop superimposing your head on my body without asking.
"I’ve put a lot of work in."
Fellow Outlander Steven Cree also joked: You ever thought about having a bicep transplant ? So you actual have one."
And a fan added: "Looks like he has a large peach implanted."
