Sam Heughan has shared a new Jamie Fraser snap on his Instagram page and fans could not get enough.
As season six of Outlander is well under way, fans of the show are loving seeing content from when the new series was filmed last year, and since Sam's character Jamie is in a full kilt, it really sent them wild.
Sharing the snap with his 3.5million followers, Sam wrote: " Kilt-fishing. How else would you spend your weekend!? Oh and watching @outlander_starz!! (And the @f1 @sixnationsrugby @ufc and Thor V Hall!).
Sam posed with what appears to be fishing rod and his full Highlander get-up.
And his followers quickly flocked to the comments.
One wrote: "All hail The Kilt!!"
Another added: "Jammf in kilt is a aye for me over and over again."
While one said: "I’d love to spend my weekend with Jamie Fraser."
And another wrote: "Ai, ai! Jamie Fraser! My Scottish love!!!"
Earlier this week, on social media, Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe revealed who their top pick for a celebrity cameo in Outlander would be.
Sam, 41, and Caitriona, 42, play married couple Jamie and Claire Fraser in the on-screen adaptation of Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series and said who else they'd like to join them in a Q&A with fans.
The Dumfries -born actor admitted his first choice would be pop music superstar Dua Lipa while Caitriona announced she'd like to do some scenes with Susan Sarandon.
She said: "Well Susan Sarandon has said she's a big fan. I'd vote for her to come on."
"That would be amazing," Sam agreed.
"Playing whatever she wants," the Irish actress joked.
Sam responded: "It would be good to have a singer, wouldn't it?"
Catriona, referring to Sam's recent project Text 4 U with Celine Dion, then asked: "Would you call up Celine and ask?"
"I could do. I wouldn't mind calling up Dua Lipa but I suppose that's not allowed," Sam quipped.
Caitriona also revealed her top pick for an actress to play old Claire would be Mamma Mia actress Julie Walters, and Sam agreed adding: "Oh she would be good".
And The Truman Show's Ed Harris would be her choice for an older Jamie.
