Outlander's Sam Heughan has revealed that superstar singer Cher would be his ideal co-star as he spilled the beans on his latest drama SAS: Rise of The Black Swan during a chat with fans.
Sam spoke about some of the behind the scenes action for the release of the Netflix drama which is currently at number three on the channel's chart.
Under the hashtag Ask Tom, he replied to fan's queries about the freezing conditions on set - as well as answering some other questions.
Sam told fans that the hardest bit of filming was the finale in the snow.
He said: "Not difficult. But cold. Paris was tough, for different reasons. And the train. And the action. And the…."
"It was past -20c some days! So coooold.
"It was a super tough shoot. Long days, action packed and in the winter in Budapest. But I loved every second. We finished the day before Xmas eve!"
The action man actor also revealed he managed to get out of a few stunt scenes that were a bit too much for him.
After someone asked if he did a particular stunt 'where you fall in the leaves?', Sam replied: "Ha! No way! - top and tailed that. Our poor stunt team did that in the freezing cold, leaves were solid. They’re so brave."
Asked who is dream-girl co star was, he replied: "Cher!!!"
Cher recently commented on a Glasgow Chef's Twitter with an inspirational message so she might do the same for Sam.
The Scots star's choice of lead actress might surprise many but he is used to dealing with singing superstars after Celine Dion appeared with him in Text For You with Priyanka Chopra Jones.
