Outlander's Sam Heughan flexed his bulging muscles today as he shared a fitness work out with his fans.
The Scots actor has always been known to keep in shape and today as he posted a sweaty snap, fans really couldn't get enough - so much so one asked the star to marry her.
Taking to Instagram, 41-year-old Sam posed in a tight black Nike vest top and a pair of The North Face shorts while clutching a kettle bell surrounded by other gym equipment.
He captioned the picture: "Sweaty weekend @mypeakchallenge garage gym workout done!"
He then gave a full run down of his work out which included, burpees, dead lifts and Russian twists.
He then added: "Thanks to @kettlebellkings for the sweet gear. (Can I put this down now?)"
And fans were left extremely hot under the collar, prompting a marriage proposal and one even dropped the 'L bomb'.
One wrote: "MARRY ME."
Another fan said: "I LOVE U."
While one commented: " Wow Mr Heughan that’s a great workout - way to go."
And another said: "Love you so much."
Sam, who plays Jamie Fraser in the hit show Outlander, has always been into fitness as he set up his own fitness brand in 2017 and even spent his 41st birthday in the gym.
