A street in Paisley was closed off this morning as popular TV show Outlander shot scenes for their next series.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted film crews and celebrities, including Irish actress Catriona Balfe and dreamy Scot Sam Heughan as protagonists, working their magic in High Street, Wellmeadow Street, Storie Street and Walker Street.
Thomas Coats Memorial Baptist Church was being used throughout the morning, as crews and cast members filmed scenes.
The road closure did not disrupt locals for too long as it was only closed from 5am until 11am.
Producers of the binge worthy show – which is a historical drama revolving around time travel – are currently working on its fifth season.
Having already crafted scenes across Scotland at Glencoe, Inverness, Kinloch Rannoch, Culross, Doune Castle and Glasgow .
